MEDICAL BIOTECHNOLOGY LABORATORY

The Dato Mahmood Merican Medical Biotechnology Laboratory (MBL) consists of three main sections: the proteomics facility, genomics facility, and calibration laboratory. It serves as a centralized research hub equipped with both basic and advanced technologies to support scientific studies. In addition, MBL provides sample analysis services for researchers from Universiti Malaya and other institutions, while also functioning as a training centre in related fields.
